About
Strategy-first marketing for people-first service businesses
In an automated world, the most human brands win.
Audaciously is a strategy‑first digital marketing agency for service‑based businesses and practices that put people first. From healthcare clinics to professional and local service providers, we help you communicate your value clearly, earn trust before the first appointment, and grow in ways that feel sustainable.
At the center of every strategy we build are real humans, on the other side of the screen, making real decisions about their health, homes, finances, and lives.
The heart of
:
our core values in practice
At Audaciously, our core values are more than words—they guide how we show up for you, your team, and the people you serve.
Human Connection
Human connection is at the center of everything we do.
You are never a number to us, and neither are the people you serve. Whether you run a behavioral health clinic, a specialty practice, a home services company, or a professional firm, we want to understand the real humans behind your brand.
We design marketing that helps your patients and clients feel seen, safe, and understood long before they ever click “book appointment” or “request a quote.” Your success is our success, and we are with you every step of the way.
Teamwork & collaboration
Your business is deeply personal, and we respect that.
We are here to bring your vision to life, not overwrite it. That means we do not disappear after a quick intake call. We work alongside your internal team—front desk, clinicians, technicians, partners, and leadership—to get to know your business in a real way.
Then we do the heavy lifting to turn that insight into websites, content, and campaigns that actually move the needle.
Continual Learning
There are no secret formulas, but there are smart, ethical ways to grow.
Curiosity is one of our most powerful tools. We invest in ongoing learning across marketing strategy, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and compliance‑sensitive spaces like healthcare.
We stay on top of changing platforms, algorithms, and best practices so that your strategy is grounded in what works now—not what worked five years ago.
Behind the scenes, we are constantly learning, so our team can stay focused on what matters most: your story, your people, and your results.
Open Communication
Transparency and honesty are non‑negotiable.
We prioritize open dialogue and active listening, so every voice at the table is heard and valued. That means:
Clear expectations and scopes
Honest conversations about budget and capacity
Reporting you can actually understand
We want your questions, feedback, and ideas. Great marketing is a collaboration, not a black box.
Our audacious dream for tomorrow
We choose to create a world where entrepreneurs value people, dream audaciously, turn their goals into reality, all while living their best life (literally).
- A steady flow of the right patients and clients - not just more noise
- A team that is not burned out by constant marketing chaos
- A business that supports the life you actually want to live, instead of consuming it
The story behind the name

Audaciously comes directly from our vision.
During the COVID years, Victory’s dad, Ted, worked closely with the company and served as a trusted advisor—helping shape decisions, encouraging bold ideas, and reminding the team to dream bigger.
In August 2023, Victory and Ted worked together to craft a new vision statement for the company. During that process, they landed on a phrase that captured everything they believed about business and life: “dream audaciously.”
Just a few weeks later, Ted suffered a massive stroke and lost his ability to communicate due to aphasia. During the long, hard months of his recovery, “dream audaciously” became more than a line in a document. It was a reminder of their shared vision, their courage, and the choice to keep moving forward even when things felt impossible.
In June 2024, inspired by that journey, Victory rebranded the agency from The Social Brand to Audaciously. The name honors that pivotal moment and the people who shaped it—and it continues to guide how we show up for every client.
When we say “dream audaciously,” we mean we will hold your vision with you. We are not here for quick wins that compromise your values. We are here for strategy, story, and systems that support the business and life you actually want.
A small but mighty team
Audaciously is a tight‑knit, remote team of 10 humans who genuinely care about the people you serve. Strategy and client relationships are led by our core strategy team, supported by specialists in web, SEO, content, design, paid media, and project management.
Even though we are a fully remote team, we are collaborating daily behind the scenes so you can work with more of the right patients and clients—not just more inquiries. Our small team allows us to stay close to your brand, adapt quickly, and stay deeply involved with every client we serve. We love what we do and are blessed to work with people and brands we love just as much.
About our founder
Meet Victory Harbin, Founder of Audaciously

Victory is a marketing strategist for service‑based businesses and healthcare practices that want strategy‑first, human‑centered marketing that actually leads to better patients, better clients, and better lives.
She believes marketing is fundamentally about relationships and human connection. That belief has shaped the way Audaciously works with every client—from the first conversation to long‑term partnership.
Over the past decade, Victory has been invited to speak at Small Business Development Centers, chambers of commerce, conferences, and entrepreneur centers, sharing practical, human‑first approaches to modern marketing.
Victory holds a degree in Healthcare Administration from King University and 40+ certifications across social media management, SEO, marketing strategy, and website development, and she brings all of that depth into a clear, approachable way of working with clients.
When she is not working, you can usually find Victory on the water with friends, listening to an audiobook, taking a roadtrip, or hanging out with her (very) large family.
